My grandmother has been living at Promenade for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she has received. Promenade has exceeded all of our expectations! The level of care is outstanding, and the staff is truly dedicated to their residents. My mother has been receiving physical therapy there, and she is making amazing progress. We are so grateful for the team at Promenade.

While the staff at Promenade is friendly and helpful, there have been some communication issues with the scheduling of appointments. It would be helpful to have more consistent communication about upcoming appointments and services. Overall, the care provided is good.
