Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been a resident at Eger Health Care for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I highly recommend Eger Health Care to anyone looking for a quality care facility.

My father was in need of rehabilitation after a stroke, and Eger Health Care was the perfect place for him. The physical therapists were amazing, and they worked diligently to help him regain his mobility. The nurses were also very caring and attentive, and they always made sure my father felt safe and comfortable. I was so impressed with the level of care at Eger Health Care.

Eger Health Care is a decent facility, but there are some areas where they could improve. The food is sometimes bland, and the activities could be more engaging. However, the staff is generally kind and helpful, and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's a good option for those seeking rehabilitation or long-term care, but it's not perfect.
