Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Loretto for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they truly make her feel like she's part of the family. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are always activities going on to keep residents engaged. I would highly recommend Loretto to anyone looking for a quality care facility for their loved one.

I was so impressed with the level of care and compassion that my father received at Loretto. The nurses and aides were always there to help him, and they went above and beyond to make him comfortable. The therapists were also great, and they really helped him to regain his strength and mobility. I would highly recommend Loretto to anyone looking for a rehabilitation facility.
