Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Seneca Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for a few months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and well taken care of. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend Seneca Nursing & Rehabilitation Center to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Seneca Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there are times when communication can be challenging. The food is also a bit bland and repetitive. Overall, it's a decent option, but there are definitely better facilities out there.
