Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Bridge View for a few years now, and we are very happy with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend Bridge View to anyone looking for a quality nursing home.

Bridge View is a decent nursing home, but it could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes communication can be a bit lacking. The food is okay, but it's not always the most appealing. The facility itself is clean, but it could use a bit of an update. Overall, it's a decent place for your loved one, but it's not the best option available.

My mother moved into Bridge View after a hospital stay, and we were so relieved to find such a wonderful place for her. The staff is incredible – caring, compassionate, and always available. The activities are engaging and stimulating, and they really help keep residents active and social. We are so grateful to have found Bridge View for my mother.
