Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Hudson Hill Center for the past year, and we are very happy with the care she has received. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. She's gotten better with the physical therapy, and she seems much happier now that she has friends at the center.

The staff at Hudson Hill Center was friendly and helpful, and my mother seemed to be in good hands. However, I did notice some communication issues between the different departments, which could be improved. Overall, I felt my mother received adequate care, but I would have liked to see a bit more personalized attention.

The staff is incredibly caring and compassionate, and they go above and beyond to make the residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program is excellent.
