Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Burlington House for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with the care she's received. The staff is so kind and attentive, and they really go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and loved. We're so grateful for the peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.

Burlington House has done an amazing job helping my father recover from his stroke. The physical therapy team is excellent, and they worked tirelessly to help him regain his mobility. We're so happy with the progress he's made.

The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but the food could be better. It's not terrible, but I've seen better at other facilities. Overall, though, we're satisfied with the care they provide.
