Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Clover Nook for a few months now, and we've been very impressed with the care she's received. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. They have a lot of activities to keep residents engaged, which is important for my grandmother's mental and physical well-being.

I was looking for a rehabilitation center for my mother after she had surgery, and Clover Nook was highly recommended. I'm so glad I chose them. The therapy staff is excellent, and they helped my mother regain her strength and mobility. The nurses are also very caring and compassionate, and they always made sure my mother was comfortable and well-cared for.

The care at Clover Nook is decent, but I've had some issues with communication. It's sometimes difficult to get in touch with the staff, and I haven't always felt fully informed about my loved one's progress. Overall, it's a good facility, but there are some areas where they could improve.
