Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been a resident at Capital City Gardens for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with the care she's received. The staff is compassionate and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. We're especially grateful for the rehabilitation services that helped her regain her mobility. We highly recommend this facility.

Capital City Gardens is a decent facility, but it could be better. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the food is not the best. I've also noticed that the staff can be a bit short-staffed at times, which can lead to longer wait times for assistance. Overall, it's a decent option, but there are other facilities in the area that might be better.
