Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

Worthington Christian Village has been a blessing to our family. My grandmother has been living here for several years and we are so grateful for the loving care she receives. The staff is truly dedicated and the community offers a wide variety of activities and programs that keep her engaged and active.

I moved into Worthington Christian Village a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. The community is warm and welcoming, and I've made many new friends. The food is excellent, the apartments are comfortable, and the staff is always available to assist with any needs.

While the staff is friendly and attentive, I've found the cost of living at Worthington Christian Village to be a bit high. I've also noticed some minor maintenance issues in my apartment, which haven't been addressed promptly. Overall, it's a decent community, but there is room for improvement.
