Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My parents have been living at Wesleyan Village for a couple of years now, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention they receive. The staff is incredibly kind and responsive, and the community itself is warm and welcoming. We highly recommend Wesleyan Village to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones.

The facilities at Wesleyan Village are top-notch, and the dining options are excellent. I especially appreciate the variety of activities and social events that are offered. It's a great way for residents to stay active and engaged. While the overall experience has been positive, I have found that some communication with the staff could be improved. However, I would still highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality senior living.

Wesleyan Village is a decent option for senior living, but it's not without its shortcomings. The staff is generally helpful, but there have been times when I've had to follow up on requests. The food could be more appealing, and the common areas could use a little more updating. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live, but I think there's room for improvement.
