Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Willow's are absolutely wonderful! They are so kind and attentive, and they truly care about the residents. My grandmother has been here for a few months now, and she is so happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I highly recommend Willow's to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.

My father was in need of rehab after a hip replacement, and Willow's was the perfect place for him. The therapists are highly skilled and worked with him diligently to regain his mobility. The atmosphere is very positive and uplifting, and the staff made sure my father felt comfortable and cared for. I am so grateful for the excellent care he received at Willow's.

Willow's is a decent facility, but there are definitely some areas for improvement. The food could be better, and sometimes the staff seems stretched thin. However, the nurses are generally kind and attentive, and the physical therapy program is good. It's not a bad choice if you're looking for a skilled nursing facility, but it's not the best either.
