Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was so worried about my mom after her surgery, but Meadow Grove made all the difference. The staff is kind and patient, and they really helped her get back on her feet. She's doing so much better now, and I'm so grateful for the care she received.

Meadow Grove is a truly special place. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and the staff genuinely cares about their residents. My dad was able to make great progress during his stay here, and he was always treated with respect and dignity.

The care at Meadow Grove was good overall, but I did have some issues with communication at times. It was difficult to get answers to my questions sometimes, and I felt a bit lost with the process at times.
