Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was initially worried about moving my mother into assisted living, but Oak Grove Manor has put my mind at ease. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they truly care about the residents. My mother has made so many new friends, and she is always happy and engaged in the activities. The facility itself is beautiful, and it feels like a home away from home. I am so grateful for the exceptional care my mother receives at Oak Grove Manor.

Oak Grove Manor is a decent assisted living facility, but it could be better. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been times when I felt my father wasn't receiving the attention he needed. The activities are a bit repetitive, and the food could be more appealing. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live, but I wish there were more opportunities for social interaction and more variety in the activities offered.
