Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Rose Lane for a few months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

I highly recommend Rose Lane Nursing and Rehabilitation. My father was there after a stroke, and the therapists were amazing. They worked hard to help him regain his strength and mobility. He's now back home and doing much better thanks to the care he received at Rose Lane.

The staff at Rose Lane is friendly and helpful, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care. Some nurses are more attentive than others, and there have been a few times when my mother's needs weren't met promptly. Overall, it's a decent facility, but there's room for improvement.
