Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I've been so impressed with Strongville Healthcare and Rehabilitation. My mom has been living here for a few months now and she's really happy. The staff is wonderful - always kind and attentive. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are lots of activities to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend this place!

This is a fantastic facility! My grandma is thriving here. The staff is so caring and really goes above and beyond. They make sure she's comfortable and well-taken care of. The activities are great and keep her active and engaged. We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for her.

It's a decent place, but could use some improvements. The food is okay, but not great. Some of the staff are really great, but others are not so much. Overall, it's a decent option, but I've seen better.
