Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Foundation Park for the past year, and we are so happy with the care she has received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure my mother feels comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would highly recommend Foundation Park to anyone looking for a quality senior living community.

Foundation Park is a true gem! The staff is so caring and compassionate, and they treat each resident with respect and dignity. The food is delicious, and the activities are engaging and fun. My grandmother loves living here and feels like she is part of a family. We are so grateful for the wonderful care she receives.

The care at Foundation Park is good, but the communication could be better. Sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with staff members, and I wish there was more transparency about what's happening with my father's care. Overall, it's a decent facility, but there's room for improvement.
