My grandmother has been living at Landings of Westerville for a few months now, and we're so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they always make sure she's comfortable and well-taken care of. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

The staff at Landings of Westerville is generally nice, but I have had some issues with communication. Sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with someone about my loved one's care. Otherwise, the facility is okay.
