Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Coweta Care for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always make sure she's comfortable and well-looked after. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I would definitely recommend Coweta Care to anyone looking for a good nursing home.

The staff at Coweta Care & Rehab is truly amazing! They are so kind, compassionate, and always go above and beyond to help the residents. My mom has been here for over a year now, and she's thriving. The activities are great, and the food is actually really good! I'm so grateful to have found this place for my mom.

Coweta Care is a decent facility, but I have a few concerns. The communication between the staff and families could be better. Sometimes it's hard to get a hold of someone or get updates on my loved one's progress. Other than that, the care seems good enough, but I'd prefer better communication.
