Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Henryetta Community Skilled Healthcare & Rehab are truly caring and attentive. They always make sure my grandmother is comfortable and cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking skilled nursing care.

My experience at Henryetta Community Skilled Healthcare & Rehab was mixed. While the staff were generally helpful and responsive, I did experience some delays in getting my medication on occasion. The facility itself was comfortable and clean, but the activities were limited. Overall, it was an adequate facility for short-term rehabilitation.
