Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Windridge for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they've been very helpful in keeping her comfortable and engaged. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. We would definitely recommend Windridge to others.

Windridge is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is okay, but some of them seem a bit overworked. The food could use some improvement, and there's not much variety. However, the facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the residents seem happy enough.
