Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Landmark of Midwest City Rehabilitation and Nursing for the past year, and we are very happy with the care she receives. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she feels comfortable and well taken care of. The staff at Landmark of Midwest City Rehabilitation and Nursing was generally helpful and attentive, but there were occasional lapses in communication and responsiveness. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, but some of the equipment seemed outdated. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I would have preferred a more modern and technologically advanced facility.
