Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Tuscany Village for a few months now, and we're so happy with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. The food is also surprisingly good! We highly recommend Tuscany Village to anyone looking for a quality nursing home.

The staff at Tuscany Village truly go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of their residents. My mother was recovering from surgery, and they made sure she received the best possible care and support. I especially appreciated the communication and updates I received from the nurses and therapists. I feel confident that my mom is in good hands.

Tuscany Village is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there are times when there's not enough staff to handle the needs of all the residents. Overall, it's a good option for a nursing home, but I've heard of some other places that might be better.
