I was impressed with the care my grandmother received at Wagoner Health & Rehab. The staff was incredibly attentive and compassionate, and they made sure she was comfortable and well-looked after. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

Wagoner Health & Rehab exceeded my expectations. My father received excellent rehabilitation services, and the therapists were very patient and encouraging. The food was also surprisingly good, and the residents seemed happy and content. I highly recommend this facility.

The staff at Wagoner Health & Rehab were generally helpful, but I did have some concerns about communication at times. However, overall, my mother received good care, and the facility was adequate. I would recommend it to others, but it could use some improvements.
