Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Coast Fork for a couple of years now, and we've been very pleased with the care she receives. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always make sure she is comfortable and well-cared for. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offer are engaging and enjoyable. We highly recommend Coast Fork to anyone looking for a quality long-term care facility.

The staff at Coast Fork is friendly and helpful, but I have found that the communication between them and the families can be a bit inconsistent. There have been times when I felt that my father's needs weren't fully met, but overall, I am satisfied with the care he receives.

Coast Fork has been a blessing to our family. My grandmother was able to live out her final years in a loving and supportive environment. The staff was incredibly patient and compassionate, and they always made sure she felt comfortable and cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better place for her.
