Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother was a patient at Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene for a few months after her surgery. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive, and they really helped her regain her strength and mobility. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the food was good. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehabilitation services.

I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff at Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene. They were always patient and understanding, and they made sure my father felt comfortable and cared for during his stay. The therapy programs were very effective, and he made significant progress in a short period of time. I am grateful for the excellent care he received at this facility.

While the staff at Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene were friendly and helpful, I found the facility to be a bit outdated and in need of some updating. The rooms were small and lacked some amenities. However, the therapy services were good, and the nurses were attentive to my mother's needs. I would say it's a decent facility, but not the best in the area.
