Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My father has been living at the Lebanon Veterans Home for the past year, and we've been very impressed with the care he has received. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The social activities are great, and my dad really enjoys the outings and events they offer. I would highly recommend this home to any veteran looking for a comfortable and supportive environment.

The Lebanon Veterans Home is a true gem. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the residents' needs are met. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the residents seem happy and well-cared for. I am so grateful for the excellent care my grandfather has received here.

The Lebanon Veterans Home is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The food is a bit bland, and there are some issues with communication between the staff and residents' families. However, the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a decent place to live, but I'm not sure I would recommend it to everyone.
