Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother received excellent care at Riverton. The staff were attentive and compassionate, and they really made her feel comfortable and cared for. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.

I was impressed with the level of care at Riverton. The therapists were knowledgeable and dedicated, and they helped my father regain his mobility after his stroke. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the food was surprisingly good.

Riverton is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the building is a little outdated. There are some activities offered, but I wish there were more options.
