Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Midtown Oaks for a few months now and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The activities are also a big plus, as they keep my mom engaged and social.

I highly recommend Midtown Oaks. My grandmother has been living here for over a year and we are so impressed with the level of care she receives. The nurses and aides are always there for her, and they go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for.

Midtown Oaks is a decent facility, but it could use some improvement in terms of communication. Sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with staff, but overall the care is good. I do appreciate the variety of activities they offer.
