My grandmother has been living at Providence Health & Rehab Center for the past year, and we are so happy with the care she has received. I was very impressed with Providence Health & Rehab Center. The staff was professional and compassionate, and they provided excellent care for my father. The staff at Providence Health & Rehab Center was friendly and helpful, but I did find that the communication could be better at times. Overall, I was satisfied with the care my mother received, but I wish there were more opportunities for family involvement in the care plan.
