Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been a resident at St. Luke's for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

I highly recommend St. Luke's Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. My father was in need of physical therapy after a stroke, and the therapists at St. Luke's were fantastic. They were patient, encouraging, and helped him regain his strength and mobility. The staff is very caring and attentive, and the facility is beautiful and well-kept.
