Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at New Eastwood for a few months now, and we couldn't be happier with her care. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always make sure she's comfortable and well-looked after. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities and social events to keep her engaged. I highly recommend New Eastwood to anyone looking for a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones.

My grandmother was recovering from a recent surgery, and New Eastwood provided her with the perfect environment for rehabilitation. The therapists were excellent, and she made significant progress with her physical therapy. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and they made sure she was comfortable and well-nourished. We are very grateful for the care she received at New Eastwood.

While the staff at New Eastwood is friendly and the facility is clean, I found the food to be somewhat bland and repetitive. I wish there were more options available for residents, but overall, the care provided is satisfactory. My family member has been living here for a few months, and they seem to be doing well.
