Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Accela Rehab for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities are engaging and stimulating. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

The staff at Accela Rehab is kind and helpful, but I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care. Some days the staff is very attentive, while other days they seem rushed and overwhelmed. Overall, I would say the care is decent, but it could be better.
