Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Oak Hill for several months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would highly recommend Oak Hill to anyone looking for a quality care facility for their loved one.

My father was recovering from a stroke at Oak Hill, and the therapists there were amazing. They worked so hard to help him regain his strength and mobility, and he made remarkable progress. The staff was also very supportive and helped him adjust to life after his stroke. I couldn't have asked for a better place for him to recover.

Oak Hill is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is generally friendly, but sometimes communication can be a little challenging. The food is okay, but not always the most appetizing. Overall, it's a decent option, but I'm not sure if it's the best out there.
