Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother stayed at Holland Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing for a few months after she had a stroke. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, and they helped her regain her mobility. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the food was good. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

The care at Holland Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing was adequate, but I felt like there was room for improvement in some areas. The communication with the staff could have been better, and I sometimes had to wait a long time for assistance. However, the overall care was decent, and my mother seemed comfortable there.
