Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at the TCU was so kind and attentive. They really took the time to understand my mom's needs and helped her regain her strength after her surgery. I felt comfortable leaving her in their care.

This unit exceeded my expectations! The nurses were incredible, always checking in and making sure my dad was comfortable. The physical therapy was also excellent, and he made significant progress.

The care was good overall, but I wish there had been more flexibility with visiting hours. It was difficult to see my grandmother as often as I wanted.
