Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at William Penn for a few months now and we are so happy with the care she receives. The staff is kind, attentive and always willing to answer questions. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is good. We would definitely recommend William Penn to anyone looking for a good rehabilitation center.

This place has been a lifesaver for my grandmother! She was struggling to recover at home after her hip surgery, but the therapists and nurses at William Penn have helped her regain her mobility and strength. They also provide excellent emotional support, which is so important during this time. I am so grateful for their care.

While the staff is generally helpful and caring, I've noticed some inconsistency in the quality of care. The communication could be better at times, and there have been a few instances where my father's needs weren't fully met. Overall, it's a decent facility, but it could be better.
