Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Meadow View is truly amazing. They are always so kind, caring, and attentive to my grandmother's needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good rehabilitation center.

I've been here for a couple of months now, and I've found the care to be decent. The therapists are helpful and encouraging, but sometimes the communication between staff can be a bit lacking. Overall, it's a comfortable place to recover, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.

My father was recovering from a stroke at Meadow View, and the staff went above and beyond to help him regain his mobility and independence. The atmosphere is very positive and uplifting, and they made sure he was always engaged and happy. I couldn't be happier with the care he received!
