Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Norriton Square for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. They also have a great activities program that keeps her engaged.

I was impressed with the level of care and compassion that the staff at Norriton Square provided for my father during his rehabilitation stay. They were always there to answer our questions and address our concerns. He made great progress and was able to return home sooner than we expected.

While the staff at Norriton Square is generally good, there have been some instances where communication could have been better. I've also noticed some inconsistencies in the quality of care provided, but overall, I'm satisfied with the facility.
