Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Centennial for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. She enjoys the activities and the social interaction with the other residents. We would definitely recommend Centennial to anyone looking for a good nursing home.

The staff at Centennial is friendly and helpful, but I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care provided. Sometimes my mother's needs are met promptly, while other times there seems to be a delay. Overall, I would say the care is adequate, but I have seen better.

My father was recovering from a stroke at Centennial, and the therapy he received was excellent. The therapists were very skilled and patient, and he made significant progress during his time there. The staff was also very kind and supportive, and they made sure my father was comfortable and well cared for. I would highly recommend Centennial to anyone needing rehabilitation services.
