Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Liberty Center for a few months now, and I am very happy with the care she has received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and well taken care of. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is actually quite good! I would definitely recommend Liberty Center to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.

I was worried about my mother when she had to go to a nursing home, but Liberty Center has been a blessing. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they really make an effort to get to know each resident. My mother is so much happier and more engaged here, and I feel confident she is receiving the best possible care.
