Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother was in need of rehabilitation after a hip fracture. The staff at Premier Washington was amazing! They were so caring and attentive. They helped her regain her strength and mobility, and she was able to return home much sooner than we anticipated. We are so grateful for their help.

The facility is clean and the staff is generally friendly. There are times when communication could be better, but overall it is a good place for my mother.

The care at Premier Washington is exceptional. The nurses are very patient and kind. My father received the best possible care here. I highly recommend this facility.
