Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Allied Services Meade Street is truly exceptional. They are so caring and compassionate, always going above and beyond to ensure my grandmother's comfort and well-being. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program keeps her engaged and entertained. I highly recommend this facility.

I was initially impressed with Allied Services Meade Street, but I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care. While some staff members are wonderful, others seem less attentive. The food could also be improved. Overall, it's a decent facility, but it could be better.

My mother received excellent care at Allied Services Meade Street. The physical therapy program helped her regain her mobility, and the nurses were always there to address her needs. I felt confident that she was in good hands.
