Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at White Oak Manor for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

I was a little apprehensive about moving my father into assisted living, but White Oak Manor has been an absolute blessing. The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, and there are always things going on to keep residents engaged. My father has made some wonderful friends and seems truly happy here.

The staff at White Oak Manor is generally friendly, but I have noticed some inconsistency in the level of care. There are times when my mother seems to be neglected, but other times she receives excellent attention. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I'm not sure it's worth the price.
