Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

This place is amazing! My dad, who served in Vietnam, was really struggling to adjust to life after the military. Veteran Village gave him a place to feel comfortable and supported. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help.

I can't say enough good things about Veteran Village. It's a true community where veterans are treated with respect and dignity. The activities and social events are great, and the food is delicious.

The facility itself is nice, but I wish there were more options for the dining. Otherwise, I'd say it's a good place for veterans looking for a place to settle down.
