The facility is okay, but I've noticed some staff turnover and inconsistencies in care. It's important to be proactive and communicate with the staff to ensure your loved one is getting the attention they need. The therapy services are good, though.

My grandfather was recovering from a stroke at NHC Healthcare - North Augusta, and we were so impressed with the level of care he received.
