Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

Creekside Center has been a godsend for my grandmother. The staff is so caring and attentive, and they really work hard to make sure she feels comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place that truly puts its residents first.

I was initially apprehensive about putting my dad in a rehabilitation center, but Creekside Center has exceeded my expectations. The therapists are excellent, and they've helped him make remarkable progress. The food is also surprisingly good, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Creekside Center provides a good level of care, but it's not perfect. Some of the staff can be a bit overworked, which can sometimes lead to delays in response times. Overall, it's a decent facility, but there's room for improvement.
