My grandmother has been at Five Points for a few months now, and we've been so impressed with the care she's received. The staff is always attentive and caring, and they really make her feel comfortable and at home. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend Five Points to anyone looking for a quality nursing home.

The staff at Five Points is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been times when communication could have been better. The food is decent, but not always the most appealing. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I've heard better things about some of the other nursing homes in the area.
