Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Legend Oaks for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. It's comforting to know she's in good hands.

I was impressed with the level of personalized care my father received at Legend Oaks. The nurses and therapists were incredibly patient and understanding, and the facility's focus on resident well-being is evident in every aspect of their operation.

The food at Legend Oaks could be better. The staff is friendly, but I wish there were more activities for residents. Overall, it's a decent facility, but it could be better.
