Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Windsor for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The food is also quite good, which is important to my grandmother.

Windsor is a decent facility, but there have been some issues with communication and responsiveness. Overall, though, my dad is receiving good care.

The staff at Windsor are truly amazing! They have been so caring and patient with my mother, and she seems to be thriving in the environment. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled nursing care.
